This link used to have a picture on it, but this is official communique via website that it’s legitimately real.
https://www.chevrolet.com/upcoming-vehicles/next-generation-corvette
Jalopnik’s got more info than Chevy’s own website, but I’m not particularly surprised by that.

Some background - Wondering where the “Chassis twist” story came from? The source seems to originate from something posted here.

I’m pleasantly surprised they released a teaser for the C8. Crazy it’s finally real!

Tadge used to talk up a storm when the C7 was coming out, but is completely silent on the C8. I don’t get it. If the announcement didn’t come from Chevy itself I’d still be skeptical. As it stands there is so little confirmed info!

I'm hoping it's not just a reveal and they spill all the details.

I still don’t get it. Build the car, by all means, it sounds like it’s going to be sick.
But “Corvette”? No. “Corvette” is front-engine RWD that’s relatively inexpensive and punches way above it’s weight. Call it the Zora.
